Welcome to the new universal day, Star Date 00:00 UTC August 13, 2025.

We’re having a very small substorm burst right now, probably absolutely no way of seeing anything with the brightness of the moon still, but, it’s happening and who knows. Even if you don’t see an aurora, it is an absolutely gorgeous night out there.

Don’t forget the Venus/Jupiter conjunction will still be happening in the pre-dawn hours tomorrow, with added planets becoming visible and the moon waning and seeming to drop down and join the fun.
