Not much chance of aurora tonight- there is a very weak geomagnetic storm that will most likely be drowned out by the 52% moon when it rises in a couple hours. It’s clear though, so in the morning, we might be able to see Mercury joining the Venus and Jupiter line-up. Saturn was seemingly behind the moon this morning.

I use an app called Night Sky Lite that makes it easy to find things in the sky- not always, but at times when I am trying to see if I can see a planet, sometimes it helps to find the planet first with an app.

For those of you who have subscribed, thank you! I’m really excited to be bringing you more substantial content over the coming months, including podcasts and recorded videos of me teaching how to use forecasting tools, which I think people will find easier to understand than trying to read a tutorial. I’m planning on having guests on the podcast. Always open to suggestions!

And as always, I will keep you posted!
